1 stick of softened butter.
½ cup of granulated sugar.
¼ cup of brown sugar.
1 tsp of vanilla.
⅛ cup of vegetable oil.
1 ½ cups of flour.
1 tsp of baking powder.
½ tsp of baking soda.
½ cup of coconut flakes.
1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips.
½ cup of almond slices.
½ tsp of salt.
Mix together the sugars, butter, vanilla, egg and oil in a mixing bowl using a hand mixer.
Mix in the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt until well combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips, coconut flakes and almond until well mixed.
Now, roll the dough into ping pong sized balls and place in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 12 to 13 minutes and Voila!
Simple, easy and delicious! I always make these on extra and store them in airtight container for a week or so, of course if my husband doesn’t finish them earlier!
